Peridot, also called Olivine or Chrysolite, is a crystal of Positive Change.   It helps us to let go of anything in our past that is preventing us to move forward in life and picks us up when we're feeling down.  Peridot encourages us to to say no when we need to, and protects us from negative opinions by rising above them.   It also connects us with elemental beings, fairies, gnomes, elves and dwarves.
