Labradorite is also called "Fire Rock" or "Spectrolite" and is known as "The Stone of Protection and Bringer of Light".  An extremely spiritual stone, that helps us find our way in life and leads us to where our higher-self ought to be.  It's black inclusions absorb lower negative energies and if you're lucky enough to find a piece with a flash, it's that reflection of light repels negativity away from us.  . . .
