Colour therapy and syntonic phototherapy stimulates the visual system and alters the biochemistry of the brain to improve the balance between the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems.  This therapy is even used by specialist neuro optometrists to treat conditions like brain injuries, autism, ADHD, insomnia and esotropia.
