   . . . one of the best crystals for emotional healing, it's a beautiful crystal for our emotional heart​.  Pink Tourmaline heals and comforts emotional pain​, stabilises and cleanses our emotions.  It soothes fear and panic, reduces stress and helps us to relax. It protects against unloving energy and attracts peace, love and compassion in the physical and spiritual world and brings us spiritual wisdom to help us move away from destructive relationships and find a way forward. 

Garnet
